Mark is an integral member of the Health Reform Advisory Practice at Lockton, he works with clients to help determine the impact of health reform on their businesses, while ensuring that they are compliant with the laws surrounding reform. Mark also works with clients on many other compliance-related issues, including HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, discrimination testing, FMLA, state insurance laws, and legislative and regulatory issues at both the state and federal levels.
He is a well-known and frequent speaker on employee benefit topics, as well as an author. He has penned many articles on employee benefits topics and is a member of the editorial board of advisors for Benefits Law Journal.
